It has not been easy for me. I realized that I had lost 10 pounds, that my family and friends began telling me I looked too, too skinny. Finally, after starting with a Trainer, making progress, stopping for a trip, slipping on concrete and having knee therapy, I now need to get back with my Trainer. I can do it, you can also!!!
